Infrared Saunas are an effective tool to detoxify the body in an effort to strengthen the immune system. They differ from traditional saunas in the sense that they heat your body directly from within on a cellular and metabolic level without warming the air around you.
Our Infrared Sauna is equipped with near, far and mid-infrared capabilities.

Far-infrared helps to enhance circulation in the skin, ease pain, reduce inflammation, and normalize blood pressure.
Near-infrared is more beneficial for increasing metabolism and improving tissue repair.
Mid-infrared helps expand blood vessels and increases circulation, so more oxygen can reach injured areas of the body. This reduces pain and speeds the healing process.

Colored Light Therapy is the process of restoring balance to the body by applying color and is available within the Infrared Sauna.
This is built on the premise that certain colors are associated with different bodily responses and can regulate moods.

This is a 45-minute session. Towels and robes are located in our infrared sauna room. We also have a shower available for use post session if desired.
